Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Contacting Us

To contact us regarding any return, cancellation or exchange, please send an email to: 

service@eagleheadpowersports.com

In the message, include your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, the item to be returned and the reason for the return.  We will contact you with return instructions and a return address once the return is completed. 

Shipping Lead Times

Most of our items ship to arrive in US destinations within 10 - 15 days of ordering for ground shipments.  Second Day or Overnight shipments ship out and arrive within 5 to 7 days depending upon the shipping method chosen.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!

Items that are sent to Eagle Head Powersports without prior written authorization will be refused and/or charged a 15% restocking fee.

Return Window

Once a return authorization number is issued to you, the items must arrive at our offices within 30 calendar days of issuing the number.  Items that arrive after the 30 day window will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations

You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it online.  Orders cancelled after that time will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship.  If the item you wish to cancel is on back-order, it may be cancelled without penalty. 

Leather

  • Incorrect Size

    If you find that your leather garment is of the wrong size, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item(s) to arrange an exchange for the same style.  Unlike other retailers, we do not charge more for larger sizes. Contact us as noted in the CONACTING US section of this page for the exchange.

  • Damaged Leather Items/Cut Chaps

    Items that have been used and/or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged unless the damage occurred during shipping.  Chaps, once cut to length cannot be returned for any reason.  Contact us as noted in the CONACTING US section of this page.

Motorcycle parts/accessories

  • Incorrect Size/Non-returnable items

If you find that your new part is of the wrong size/style, follow the CONTACTING US directions at the top of  this page to exchange the part/accessory for the proper item.  Some items are not returnable as listed below:

  • Fluids (oil, coolant, etc)
  • Paints
  • Cleaning items
  • Lubricants
  • Aerosols
  • Gaskets
  • Liquid gasket material
  • "Consumable" items such as coffee, salsa and other similar items
  • Batteries
  • Electrical Components
  • Videos/DVDs
  • Manuals/Books/Magazines
  • Clutch Parts (friction plates/discs)

Motorcycle Engines, Bike Kits, Transmissions

Motorcycle engines, bike kits, transmissions and other assemblies cannot be returned.  If you find that there is an issue with any of these items upon delivery, contact us immediately so that we may get the problem resolve

Special Orders

Items that have been special ordered can only be returned for store credit less a 15% restocking fee.  We will work with you if the item is of an incorrect size or fit to insure you receive the proper fitting part.

Incorrect Item

If you find that you received an incorrect item other than what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can get you the proper item as quickly as possible.
